If I was to summarize its top 3 best traits, in my opinion:

- there is no server component, you simply 'run it' (including on your laptop, making good use of freely available compute)

- it reads most popular formats, doesn't need to import the data first

- it's super extensible - whatever it cannot do today can be added tomorrow
